July 11, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 67 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 44 MOTION to Dismiss Second Amended Complaint filed by L'Oreal USA, Inc. The Court has considered all of the arguments raised by the parties. To the extent they are not specifically addressed, t hey are either moot or without merit. For the reasons explained above, the defendants' motion to dismiss the SAC is granted. The Clerk is directed to enter Judgment dismissing the Second Amended Complaint and closing this case.
