ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE ON MOTION FOR AN INJUNCTION TO TEMPORARILY AND PERMANENTLY STAY ARBITRATION: ORDERED, that respondent Winston Entertainment, Inc. ("Respondent") show cause before this Court, at Room 706, United States Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, New York, New York, on August 8, 2018 at 4:30 PM in the forenoon thereof, or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, why an order should not be made pursuant to Rule 65(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, enjoining the Respondent from demanding the Petitioner participate in the pending arbitration entitled Winston Entertainment, Inc. v. Legend River Entertainment, Co. Ltd. and Angela Tang: Case No. 01-17-0004-0947 (the "Arbitration"), and staying said Arbitration as to Petitioner; and it is further Resp. Opposition August 2, 2018, Pett. Reply August 6, 2018. ORDERED that personal service of a copy of this order and the papers upon which this Motion is based, upon the Respondent through the New York Secretary of State and by Overnight Mail on opposing counsel in the Arbitration on or before July 27, 2018 shall be deemed good and sufficient thereof.
