October 15, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 41 ORDER. On October 10, 2019, the parties filed a letter motion requesting to file their settlement agreement under seal. Dkt. 39. The Court denied that motion, without prejudice, explaining that it would consider allowing the parties to file the settlement agreement with narrowly tailored redactions that are otherwise consistent with the presumption in favor of public access to judicial documents, if the parties submitted proposed redactions to the Court via email; the Court did not expect, however, to retain jurisdiction over a settlement filed entirely under seal. Dkt. 40. On October 15, 2019, the parties submitted proposed redactions to the Court via email. The Court finds the proposed redactions to be narrowly tailored and otherwise consistent with the presumption in favor of public access to judicial documents. The Court therefore grants the parties permission to file an unredacted version of the settlement under seal while also filing the redacted version on the public docket, in accordance with the Court's Individual Rule 4(B).
