Filing 6 ORDER OF SERVICE: To allow Plaintiff to effect service on defendant MaBSTOA through the U.S. Marshals Service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to fill out a U.S. Marshals Service Process Receipt and Return form (USM-285 form) for MaBSTOA. The Clerk of Court is further instructed to issue a summons and deliver to the U.S. Marshals Service all of the paperwork necessary for the U.S. Marshals Service to effect service upon this defendant. The individual defendant in this case, plaintiff's manager "John Doe," is unidentified. To assist the U.S. Marshals Service in effecting service, the Court hereby orders plaintiff to provide to defendant and the Court the name of John Doe within 30 days. It is hereby ordered: The Clerk of the Court shall mail a copy of this Order to Plaintiff, together with an information package, and to mail a copy of this order to defendant MaBSTOA. The Clerk of the Court shall complete the USM-285 form with the address for MaBSTOA and deliver all documents necessary to effect service to the U.S. Marshals Service.
