ORDER OF DISMISSAL. The Clerk of Court is directed to assign this matter to my docket. As Plaintiff has consented to electronic service of documents filed in this action (ECF No. 6), there is no need for the Court to mail this order to him. The Court dismisses the complaint as frivolous. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(e (2)(B)(i). Thus, the Court denies as moot Plaintiff's motions for a TRO and preliminary restraining order and his application for the Court to request pro bono counsel. (ECF Nos. 3, 5, 8). The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. Cf. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962) (holding that an appellant demonstrates good faith when he seeks review of a nonfrivolous issue). SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Louis L.
