In the interest of justice, this action is transferred to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. See 8 U.S.C. 1252(b)(1), (2); 28 U.S.C. 1631. The Court denies Petitioner's motions seeking to stay removal, issue a preliminary injunction, or have the Court request pro bono counsel. (ECF No. 5, 9-10.) The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
