ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: The Clerk of Court is directed to assign both these actions to my docket, mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff, and note service on the docket. The Court consolidates these two actions for the purpose of this order. The Court directs Plaintiff, within thirty days of the date of this order, to show cause why this Court should not transfer both of these actions to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. If Plaintiff fails to comply with this order within the time allowed, the Court will transfer both of these actions to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. See 28 U.S.C. 1404(a). The Court certifies, under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
