From manufacturing, producing, importing, circulating, distributing, advertising, promoting, displaying, selling, or offering for sale any new advertising, marketing or promotional materials using the Trade Dress, and any simulation, reproduction, counterfeit, copy or colorable imitations thereof, including any derivation therefrom. It is FURTHER ORDERED, that delivery or transmission of this Order, together with the Summons, Complaint, Schaefer Declaration, the exhibits thereto, Giglio Declaration, and the Memorandum of Law, to Defendant's counsel by hand, facsimile or electronic mail by August 28, 2018 at 5:00 p.m., shall be deemed good and sufficient service; and it is FURTHER ORDERED that any papers in opposition to this Order to Show Cause shall be served on Laurel Road's counsel by counsel by CM/ECF no later than Sep. 7, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.; and that Laurel Road's reply papers, if any, shall be served by CM/ECF no later than Sep 12, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. Show Cause Hearing set for 9/14/2018 at 03:00 PM in Courtroom 619, 40 Centre Street, New York, NY 10007 before Judge Edgardo Ramos.
