ORDER: The Court having received Movant's motion to vacate his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2255, it is hereby ORDERED that the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York shall file an answer or other pleading in response to the motion, along with transcripts of any relevant proceedings not already contained in the record, by November 30, 2018. The Movant shall file reply papers, if any, by January 4, 2019. The Clerk of Court shall electronically notify the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York that this order has been issued. The Clerk of the Court shall serve copies of this Order, the motion and all other papers in support thereof, by certified mail upon the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York. The Clerk of the Court is further directed to mail a copy of this Order to Movant Modesto Vasquez-Gomez, 66963-066, Federal Correctional Institution, P.O. Box 9000, Berlin, NH 03570.
