ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER. It is ORDERED that the above-named respondents-defendants show cause before this Court, at Room 14C, United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, in Manhattan, in New York County in the State of New York on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 03:30 PM o'clock, or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, why an order should not be issued pursuant to Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure ordering respondents-defendants to release immediately S.E. V., the daughter of Iris Cruz Paz, into Ms. Cruz Paz's custody pending further proceedings in this action; and it is further ORDERED that the petitioners-plaintiffs are not required to post any security; and it is further ORDERED that personal service of a copy of this order and annexed documents upon the respondents-defendants' counsel on or before 5:30 pm o'clock on Monday, October 8, 2018 shall be deemed good and sufficient service thereof.
