ORDER: The parties shall file a joint status letter by October 30, 2018 advising the Court whether those Protective Orders should continue to apply in this case and, if not, proposing any modifications. It is hereby ORDERED that, with the exception of the production discussed above, discovery in this case is STAYED pending resolution of Defendants' anticipated motion to dismiss. Absent further order of the Court, the following deadlines shall apply to further proceedings in this case: 1. Plaintiffs shall file an Amended Complaint by November 21, 2018. 2. Defendants shall file their motion to dismiss the Amended Complaint and all supporting documents by January 18, 2019. 3. Plaintiffs shall file any response to the motion to dismiss by February 15, 2019. 4. Defendants shall file any reply in support of their motion to dismiss by March 1, 2019. At the time any reply is filed, Defendants shall supply one courtesy hard copy of all motion papers by mail or hand delivery to the Court in accordance with the Court's Individual Rules and Practices. In accordance with the Court's Individual Rules and Practices, requests for any extensions or adjournments may be made only by letter-motion filed on ECF and must be received at least 48 hours before the deadline or conference. The written submission must state (1) the original date(s); (2) the number of previous requests for adjournment or extension; (3) whether these previous requests were granted or denied; (4) whether the adversary consents and, if not, the reasons given by the adversary for refusing to consent; and (5) the date of the parties' next scheduled appearance before the Court.
