Bruce McDonald, and Jeffrey M. Stafeil (collectively, "Defendants") hereby acknowledges good and sufficient service of the complaint filed with the Court on October 22, 2018 (the "Original Complaint") upon Adient plc. Service of the Original Complaint upon R. Bruce McDonald and Jeffrey M. ORDER. Plaintiff shall file a copy of the notice on ECF once it is published. Members of the purported class shall have until 60 days from Plaintiff's publishing of the required notice to move the Court to serve as lead plaintiffs. Once Plaintiff has provided the Court with a copy of its notice, the Court shall set a conference to consider any motions for appointment of lead plaintiff and lead counsel and for consolidation. That conference shall be held within 90 days of the notice's publication. Upon scheduling the conference, the Court will also set a deadline for the service and filing of the oppositions to any motion for appointment of lead plaintiff.
