Forrest, No. 18 Civ. 6480 (CM), Doc. 5 (S.D.N.Y. Aug. 1, 2018) (dismissing similar action under the February 28, 2018 Order). The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to mail a copy of this Order to each Plaintiff, note service on the docket, and close the case.
