ORDER: Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8(a)(1), Plaintiff is required to include "a short and plain statement of the grounds for the court's jurisdiction[.]" Fed. R. Civ. P. 8(a)(1). However, the complaint does not contain such a statement of jurisdiction. Therefore, Plaintiffs are directed to file an amended complaint that properly pleads jurisdiction on or before November 29, 2018. If Plaintiffs anticipate invoking this Court's diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S. 1332, Plaintiff shall also allege the citizenship of each member of the LLC Plaintiff and the LLC Defendants.
