SCHEDULING ORDER: As set forth at the pretrial conference held pursuant to Rule 16, Fed. R. Civ. P., on December 21, 2018, the following schedule shall govern the further conduct of pretrial proceedings in this case....The parties shall submit a letter to the Court by January 25, 2019, explaining the basis for their belief that diversity of citizenship exists. Where any party is a corporation, the letter shall state both the place of incorporation and the principal place of business. In cases where any party is a partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company, or trust, the letter shall state the citizenship of each of the entitys members, shareholders, partners, and/or trustees.....This case will be referred to mediation, to occur in February 2019.
