STIPULATION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL: IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned counsel, that: 1. This action is dismissed with prejudice and without costs or attorney's fees to either party pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(2). 2. Within 30 days of the entry of this Order, USCIS shall complete adjudication of Mahmoodian's application for naturalization. 3. Nothing in this Order shall preclude USCIS from conducting further interviews, requesting briefing or evidence, collecting biometric data, or seeking any other information users deems relevant in furtherance of its adjudication of Mahmoodian's application for naturalization. The Court retains jurisdiction to enforce this stipulation. The Clerk of Court is directed to close this case. All conferences are cancelled. All motions are moot. SO ORDERED.
