ORDER: The complaint's allegations are insufficient to demonstrate the Court's subject matter jurisdiction. The complaint does not allege that Plaintiffs are incorporated, in which case as unincorporated entities their places of organization and principal places of business are irrelevant to the question of diversity of citizenship under 1332. Thus, in order to invoke this Court's diversity jurisdiction, Plaintiffs must allege that the citizenship of each of their members was diverse from the citizenship of Defendant at the date of this actions filing. Therefore, Plaintiffs shall, on or before November 26, 2018, either (1) show cause as to why the complaint should not be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, or (2) move to file an amended complaint that properly pleads jurisdiction.
