December 4, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 10 ORDER. On December 3, 2018 the Court held a teleconference to discuss Plaintiff's anticipated motion to remand. For the reasons articulated on the record, and to the extend articulated on the record, the parties are granted leave to engage in limited fact discovery regarding the jurisdictional issues raised at the December 3, 2018 conference. That discovery must be completed no later than January 28, 2019. Plaintiff is granted leave to file the anticipated motion to remand. The Court expects Plaintiff to promptly notify the Court if Plaintiff decides not to file the anticipated motion, or if a hearing on that motion appears necessary. The anticipated motion must be served no later than March 15, 2019. Any opposition must be served no later than three weeks following the date on which the motion is served.
