It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff file any motion for default judgment in accordance with the Court's Individual Rules and Practices for Civil Cases (available at http://nysd.uscourts.gov/judge/Furman) no later than January 22, 2019. Additionally, the parties remain ordered to appear for the initial pretrial conference scheduled for February 7, 2019, at 4:30 p.m. See Docket No. 2.
