CIVIL JUDGMENT. IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the complaint is dismissed without prejudice pursuant to the pre-filing injunction imposed in Azubuko v. Martin II, No. 00-CV-2581 (TPG) (S.D.N.Y. May 10, 2001) and Azubuko v. Bank Boston of Mass., No. 00-CV-2582 (TPG) (S.D.N.Y. May 10, 2001). The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from the Court's judgment would not be taken in good faith. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court mail a copy of this judgment to Plaintiff and note service on the docket. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Louis L. ORDER OF DISMISSAL UNDER 28 U.S.C. 1651. Because this action involves Plaintiff's litigation in Massachusetts, it is dismissed without prejudice for Plaintiff's failure to comply with the Courts instructions in the May 10, 2001 judgment. The Clerk of Court is directed to assign this matter to my docket, mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff, and note service on the docket. The Clerk of Court is also directed to terminate all other pending matters. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
