Plaintiff Andrew J. Mortensen does not oppose this motion. Defendant's motion to suspend the proceedings in this case pending a decision by the JPML on the Motion to Transfer and Consolidate is GRANTED and it is hereby ORDERED that: 1. All proceedings in this case are suspended pending a decision by the JPML on the Motion to Transfer and Consolidate; 2. In the event the JPML grants the Motion to Transfer and Consolidate, all proceedings in this case shall remain suspended until the transferee court issues a case management or scheduling order; and 3. In the event the JPML denies the Motion to Transfer and Consolidate, all proceedings in this case shall remain suspended for 21 days after the JPML's entry of the order denying the motion.
