The Complaint in the Rite Aid Action shall be deemed served on Defendants as of the date of entry of this Order. The Rite Aid Action is voluntarily dismissed without prejudice as against ONLY Novartis Corporation, Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Endo International plc, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii).
