STIPULATION AND ORDER REFLECTING THE ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICE OF PROCESS AND EXTENDING TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the parties, through their undersigned counsel, subject to the approval of the Court, as follows: 1. Defendants shall not be required to answer or otherwise respond to the Klein Complaint, and hereby are expressly relieved from answering or otherwise responding to the Klein Complaint. 2. Appointed Lead Plaintiff and Defendants will abide by the schedule set by the Court in Lead Plaintiff Appointment order. It will not be a long schedule. 3. There have been no prior requests for an extension of time made in this matter. 4. Nothing in this Stipulation shall be construed as a waiver of any defense available to Defendants. 5.
