Filing 4 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. On January 25, 2019, Lewis Y. Liu and Equal Vote America Corp. (collectively "Plaintiffs") filed this complaint requesting an injunction requiring the Defendants to end the then-occurring United States federal government shutdown. (Dkt. #1). On the same day, Congress passed, and the President signed the Further Additional Continuing Appropriations Act, 2019, PL 116-5, January 25, 2019, 133 Stat 10, which reopened the Government. In light of the foregoing, this Court ORDERS Plaintiff to show cause why the case should not be dismissed as moot.
