ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER AND PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION: It is ORDERED, that the above named Respondents show cause at Room 24B United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, in the City, County and State of New York, on April 11, 2019 at 11 o'clock in the forenoon therefore, or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, why a Preliminary Injunction pursuant to Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, that enjoins the Respondents during the pendency of this action from litigating or otherwise pursuing the claims asserted by them in Malaysian civil case number WA-22NCVC-510-08/2018 (the "Malaysian Lawsuit"), and further compels them to arbitrate all such claims before the International Centre for Dispute Resolution in New York, New York, as required by the arbitration clauses of the International Development Agreement and the International Franchise Agreement; AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that service of a copy of this Order, and the Affidavit of Robert Lavan, shall also be effectuated in the same manner detailed above, upon the Respondents on or before April 4, 2019 and that such service shall be deemed good and sufficient service thereof.
