ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE ON PETITION FOR HABEAS CORPUS: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: Respondents are ORDERED to show cause why the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus should not be granted by March 18, 2019, at noon. Peitioner shall have an opportunity to reply by March 19, 2019 at 11 a.m. This matter shall be heard by the Court on March 19, 2019, at 4:00 p.m., in courtroom 1305 of 40 Centre Street. Pending consideration, Respondents ARE HEREBY RESTRAINED from transferring the Petitioner from the jurisdiction of the New York Field Office of the Office of Enforcement and Removal Operations; And such other and further relief as the Court may find appropriate; Service of this Order shall be effected by Petitioner on the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York by 5 pm on March 14, 2019 and shall constitute good and sufficient service.
