CIVIL JUDGMENT: Pursuant to the order issued May 22, 2019, dismissing this action without prejudice, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that under the February 3, 2017 filing injunction in Brady v. Goldman, No. 16-CV-2287 (GBD) (SN), Plaintiff is barred from bringing this action, and therefore, the Court dismisses this action without prejudice. The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from the Courts judgment would not be taken in good faith. (Signed by Judge Edgardo Ramos on 5/22/2019) (kv)

ORDER OF DISMISSAL: Accordingly, the Court dismisses this action without prejudice. The Court warns Plaintiff that if he continues to disregard the filing injunction in Brady, No. 16-CV-2287 (GBD) (SN), the Court may impose additional sanctions on him, including monetary penalties. See 28 U.S.C. 1651. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
