ORDER: The Court, however, will allow Defendant an opportunity to be heard before reopening this case. No later than July 19, 2019, Defendant must file a letter stating whether it objects to vacating the judgment and reopening this case and, if it does, showing cause why the Court should not do so. Defendant's letter may not exceed three pages. Finally, Plaintiffs are warned not to play fast and loose with this Court's deadlines. Although Plaintiffs hand wrote "6/27/2019" at the top of their response, the FedEx label (at the last page of the filing on ECF) shows that the response was not shipped to the Court until June 28, 2019-one day after the deadline. Such dilatory practices will not be tolerated in the future. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to MAIL a copy of this order to Plaintiff and to note mailing on the docket. ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT no later than June 27, 2019, Plaintiff must respond to Defendant's motion to dismiss, or else the Court will decide Defendant's motion without the benefit of Plaintiff's response. To be clear, if Plaintiff fails to respond to the motion to dismiss on or before June 27, 2019, the Court may grant Defendant's motion, dismiss this case with prejudice, and close the case. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT if Defendant wishes to pursue its application for an order to cease communications, it must submit a letter providing the Court with the legal authority for the Court to enter such an order.
