ORDER: No further motion practice is required, and no hearing will be held concerning plaintiff's request for copies. Having carefully reviewed the parties' filings to date, and for good cause shown, it is hereby ORDERED that plaintiff's letter-application at Dkt. No. 9 is GRANTED IN PART. Plaintiff's time to respond to defendants motion to dismiss is extended to August 12, 2019. Defendant's reply papers, if any, shall be filed no later than August 26, 2019. It is further ORDERED that plaintiff shall file her opposition, if any, to defendant's remand motion no later than August 12, 2019. Defendant's reply papers, if any, shall be filed no later than August 26, 2019. The Court will advise the parties whether and when oral argument will be heard.
