Filing 4 ORDER. On July 19, 2019, the Court received Plaintiff's letter seeking an extension of time. (ECF No. 3.) The Court grants Plaintiffs request for an extension of time and directs Plaintiff to either pay the filing fees or file a signed, completed IFP application and prisoner authorization within 30 days from the date of this order. If Plaintiff fails to comply with this order within the time allowed, the Court will dismiss this action. The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff and note service on the docket. The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore IFP status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. Cf. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962) (holding that an appellant demonstrates good faith when he seeks review of a nonfrivolous issue). SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Colleen McMahon on 7/24/2019) (rjm) Transmission to Docket Assistant Clerk for processing. |
