July 30, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 13 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE FOR DEFAULT JUDGEMENT: It is ORDERED, that Plaintiff Voice Tele Services Inc. show cause before a motion term of this Court, at Room 14A, United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, in the City, County and State of New York, on September 6, 2019, 2:30 at o'clock in the afternoon thereof, or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, why an order should not be issued pursuant to Rule 55 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure entering a default judgement against Defendant. ORDERED that service of a copy of this order and annexed affidavit upon the Defendant or its counsel on or before August 2, 2019, shall be deemed good and sufficient service thereof. The Defendant is advised that failure to respond to the Order to Show Cause may be grounds for the granting of a default judgement against it, in which event the Defendant will have no trial. The Plaintiff shall file proof of service of this Order to Show Cause by August 16, 2019. (Signed by Judge John G.
