Melissa Levine, P.O. Obson Cesar, Deputy Warden Shenna Dunbar, Deputy Warden Joseph J. Grima, Police Officers "John Doe" #1-10 and Corrections Officers/Employees of DOC "John Doe" #1-50. Tiris necessarily includes all federal claims as pled in plaintiff's complaint, as well as any unpled federal claims that plaintiff could have, but did not plead in his complaint. Once this case is remanded to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Bronx County, this stipulation serves to dismiss with prejudice all of plaintiff's federal claims, including any federal claims as pied in the complaint and any potential federal claims that could have, but were not plead in his complaint. IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED, CONSENTED AND AGREED, by and between the parties herein that defendants' time to answer the complaint is extended to August 16, 2019.
