August 2, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 17 STIPULATION AND ORDER. Plaintiff is a qualified trust creditor and beneficiary under the provisions of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act, 7 U.S.C. 499a, et seq. ("PACA"), of Defendants, jointly and severally, for a debt in the principal amount of $26,000.00, plus accrued interest at the rate of 18% per annum through July 24, 2019 in the amount of $720.22 and reasonable attorneys' fees and legal expenses incurred by Plaintiff in the amount of $2,500.00 for a total debt under PACA in the amount of $29,220.22 (the "PACA Trust Debt"). For full and final satisfaction of Plaintiff's claims, subject to the terms and conditions of this Stipulation and Order, Defendants shall pay to Plaintiff the full amount of the PACA Trust Debt in equal monthly installments of $2,922.02 each commencing on August 5, 2019 and continuing on the 5th day of each successive month until the PACA Trust Debt is paid in full, and as further specified and set forth in this Stipulation and Order. In addition to the foregoing, the Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate all pending deadlines and motions and to close the case. So ordered. (Signed by Judge Valerie E.
