ORDER OF DISMISSAL. The complaints in this action and in Farmer II are identical. Since no useful purpose would be served by litigating this action, the Court dismisses this action without prejudice as duplicative of Farmer II. See Curtis v. Citibank, N.A., 226 F.3d 133, 138 (2d Cir. 2000) ("As part of its general power to administer its docket, a district court may stay or dismiss a suit that is duplicative of another federal court suit."). The Court directs the Clerk of Court to assign this action to my docket, mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff, and note service on the docket. The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore IFP status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. Cf. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962) (holding that an appellant demonstrates good faith when he seeks review of a nonfrivolous issue). SO ORDERED.
