Filing 13 ORDER AND NOTICE OF INITIAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: The deadline for each Defendant in the above-referenced cases to answer or moveto dismiss its respective case's Complaint is STAYED pending an Initial Pretrial Conference ("IPTC") with this Court. As to any of the above-referenced cases that are putative class actions, the schedule for appointment of lead plaintiffs set forth in 15 U.S.C. 78u4 remains in effect. Counsel for all parties in the above-referenced cases must appear before this Court for an IPTC, in accordance with Rule 16 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, on August 16, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 443 of the Thurgood Marshall U.S. Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, New York, New York, 10007. No later than August 8, 2019, the parties in the above-referenced cases must all submit a single joint letter of no more than seven pages addressing the following in separate paragraphs: as set forth herein. Before the date of the IPTC, counsel for each party must (1) register as a filing user in accordance with the Procedures of Electronic Case Filing and (2) file a Notice of Appearance. Plaintiffs' counsel are responsible for distributing copies of this order to all parties. SO ORDERED.
