ORDER: On August 16, 2019, the Court ordered Plaintiff's counsel to promptly file a notice of appearance in this case. Dkt. No. 5. Plaintiff's counsel has yet to do so. The Court directs Plaintiff's counsel to comply with all court orders. Failure to comply with Court orders may result in dismissal of this action for failure to prosecute. Furthermore, in the Court's order dated September 16, 2019, Dkt. No. 6, the parties were directed to submit a joint status letter and proposed case management plan to the Court no later than September 26, 2019. The Court has not received those submissions. The parties are directed to comply with the Court's September 16, 2019 order forthwith.
