ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Defendant Democratic National Committee's motion to dismiss and supporting papers. (Dkt. #8). The Court advises Defendant that, pursuant to the Court's Individual Rules of Practice in Civil Cases, the Court typically requires parties to file a pre-motion letter before filing a motion to dismiss. In this instance, however, the Court will accept Defendant's motion to dismiss as properly filed.
