The Clerk of Court shall electronically notify the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York that this order has been issued; 2. Within thirty days of the date of this order, the U.S. Attorney's Office shall file a response to Petitioner's petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Petitioner may file reply papers, if any, within thirty days from the date Petitioner is served with Respondent's response; and 3. To ensure the Court's ability to determine that Petitioner's claim is not mooted, the U.S. Attorney's Office shall provide the Court with 48 hours' notice of any intent to remove Petitioner from the United States.
