R. Civ. P. 16: Dismissal of Counts I-III. The parties having resolved Counts I-III of plaintiff's Complaint, they shall "submit to the Court a stipulation of partial dismissal reflecting this resolution," (Dkt. No. 27 at 2), no later than December 31, 2019. Written Discovery. The parties shall serve their initial requests for production of documents and any initial interrogatories (in compliance with Local Rule 33.3(a)) no later than December 31, 2019. Automatic Disclosures. The parties shall exchange the disclosures required by Fed. R.Civ. P. 26(a)(1) no later than January 7, 2020. Summary Judgment. Summary judgment motions, if any, shall be served and filed no later than 30 days after the close of discovery.
