ORDER: At the initial pretrial conference held on October 17, 2019, the Court ordered the parties to engage a third-party vendor to "assist the parties in identifying and accessing documents currently in the possession of Columbia," as stated in the Case Management Plan and Scheduling Order. ECF No. 45 at paragraph 14(b). The third-party vendor was to "create an inventory of documents." Id. In light of the parties' letters dated November 6 and November 7, 2019, ECF Nos. 47, 48, the Court clarifies its order as follows; as further set forth herein. It is further ORDERED that EIF's request to extend the deadline for (1) filing its amended complaint and (2) responding to Columbia's amended complaint is GRANTED. Within one week of the delivery of the Third-Party Inventory to the parties, EIF shall file its amended complaint. Within one week of the filing of EIF's amended complaint, EIF shall answer or otherwise respond to Columbia's amended complaint. As this case has been referred to the Honorable Kevin Nathaniel Fox, any further general pretrial disputes should be addressed to Judge Fox.
