ORDER: On September 24, 2019, Plaintiff Jonathan Raul filed a Complaint in 19-CV-8873. See 19-CV-8873, ECF No. 1. On September 26, 2019, Plaintiff Robert Lowinger filed a similar Complaint in 19-CV-8987. See 19-CV-8987, ECF No. 1. As of this Order, no motion for consolidation has been filed, but the two cases appear to involve common questions of law and fact. Thus, the Court is inclined to consolidate the cases pursuant to Rule 42 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, if not for all purposes then for pretrial purposes. No later than noon on October 8, 2019, the parties shall file letters (or a joint letter) on ECF stating whether they object to such consolidation and raising any other issues that might be pertinent to consolidation, coordination, and the efficient resolution of these cases going forward.
