STIPULATION TO WITHDRAW DEFENDANT'S REMOVAL PETITION: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned, the attorneys of record for all the parties to the above entitled action, that whereas no party hereto is an incompetent person for whom a committee has been appointed and no person not a party has an interest in the subject matter of the action, that the defendant withdraws their Removal Petition dated October 7, 2019, without prejudice. The parties further stipulate to this matter be remanded to the Supreme Court, Bronx County bearing index number 28118/2019. This stipulation may be filed without further notice with the Clerk of the Court and an order to that effect may be entered without further notice. On consent, the above-captioned matter is hereby REMANDED to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Bronx.
