JOINT STIPULATION FOR SECOND EXTENSION OF TIME TO ANSWER THE COMPLAINT: Plaintiff Patrick Nam and Defendant Maschino, USA, Inc. (collectively "Parties") stipulate and agree to extend Defendant's Answer to the Complaint by 30 days so the parties may continue potential settlement discussions. Per this Joint Stipulation, Defendant will have up to Monday, January 6, 2020 to respond to Plaintiff's Complaint. STIPULATION FOR EXTENSION OF TIMETO ANSWER THE COMPLAINT: Plaintiff Patrick Nam and Defendant Moschino, USA, Inc. (collectively "Parties") stipulate and agree to extend Defendant's Answer to the Complaint by 30 days so Defendant may properly investigate the alleged underlying facts in the Complaint. Defendant's counsel is in the process receiving certificates of good standing from the Supreme Court of the State of Utah for their Pro Hac Motions thus Plaintiff requests on behalf of both the Parties that the Court grant this extension.
