ORDER: On November 6, 2019, the Court received a letter from the plaintiff seeking an order for the defendant to show cause why it should not be preliminarily enjoined from enforcing non-competition and non-solicitation provisions in the plaintiffs employment agreement. The Court will construe plaintiffs letter as a motion for a preliminary injunction.
