STIPULATION AND ORDER EXTENDING TIME TO RESPOND TO THE COMPLAINT, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the undersigned attorneys for the parties in the above-captioned action, as follows: (1) that service of process of the Summons, Complaint, Rule 7.1 Certification and Civil Cover Sheet in this action was completed and accepted by and on behalf of Defendants Turko Textile LLC, Ismail Akdeni and Nuri Emre Araz (collectively the "Defendants") via email on December 3, 2019; (2) that in consideration for Defendants' acceptance of service of process via email, Plaintiff has agreed to extend Defendants' time to move, answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint to January 23, 2020; and (3) that Defendants hereby waive all defenses related to service of process of the Summons and Complaint. Except as expressly set forth herein, Defendants reserve all defenses. There has been no previous request for an extension of time for Defendants to respond to the Complaint in this matter.
