All proceedings and deadlines in the Consolidated Derivative Action, including any obligation to answer, move against, or otherwise respond to any complaint filed in the Consolidated Derivative Action, are hereby stayed pending the resolution of the motion to dismiss in the Securities Class Action. 2. The Defendants shall promptly notify Plaintiffs should they become aware of any additional related derivative lawsuits or threatened related derivative lawsuits (including litigation demands and demands for books and records).
