July 15, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 25 MEMORANDUM ORDER granting in part and denying in part 2 Motion to Quash; granting in part and denying in part 4 Motion to Quash. For the foregoing reasons, the Court grants JAM's motion insofar as requests 2, 3, 4, and 6 are quashed withou t prejudice to reformulation. The Court denies the motion as to requests 1 and 5. The Court denies Defendant's request for sanctions in its entirety. The parties are directed to meet, confer, and make discovery as detailed above, and to file a joint status report by September 18, 2020. This Memorandum Order resolves Docket Entry Numbers 2 and 4. November 14, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 13 ORDER: The Court has received Plaintiff's Motion to Quash the Subpoena of Gibson Brands, Inc. (Docket Entry Nos. 2, 4.) The parties are hereby directed to meet and confer in a good faith effort to resolve the matter at issue in the motion and fi le a joint status report by November 26, 2019. If the matter has not been resolved by that time, the status report must include an agreed upon schedule for the remaining briefing of the motion, which will be taken on submission unless the Court direc ts the parties to appear for oral argument. Plaintiff is directed to serve this order promptly on Defendants' counsel and file a certificate attesting to such service by November 15, 2019.
