Filing 30 ORDER: It has been reported to the Court that this case has been settled in principle. Accordingly, it is hereby: ORDERED that the above-captioned action is discontinued without costs to any party and without prejudice to restoring the acti on to this Court's docket if the application to restore the action is made within thirty (30) days. Any application to reopen this action must be filed within thirty (30) days of this order, and any application filed thereafter may be denie d solely on that basis. If the parties seek to have the Court retain jurisdiction to enforce a settlement agreement, the terms of the agreement must be placed on the public record and "so ordered" by the Court within the same thirty- day period. See Hendrickson v. United States, 791 F.3d 354, 358 (2d Cir. 2015). The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motion pending at Dkt. 16 and close this case. Filing 11 ORDER: In light of the COVID-19 crisis, the Court will not hold the upcoming conference in this case in person. Counsel should still submit their joint letter and proposed case management plan by March 27, 2020, as directed in the Court's Januar y 29, 2020 Order. If the parties are unable to submit their joint letter and case management plan by March 27th, they shall request an extension to do so. In their joint letter, the parties should also indicate whether they can do without a conferenc e altogether. If so, the Court may enter a case management plan and scheduling order and the parties need not appear. If not, the Court will hold the initial conference by telephone. In any event, counsel should review and comply with the Court's Emergency Individual Rules and Practices in Light of COVID-19, available at https://nysd.uscourts.gov/hon-ronnie-abrams.
