STIPULATION: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between Plaintiff and Defendants AFFINITY HEALTH PLAN, INC., JESSY VALERA, DESIREE SANCHEZ, and AWILDA RODRIGUEZ ("Defendants"), through their undersigned counsel, that: (1) Defendants agree to waive any objections to service.
