Amended pleadings may not be filed and additional parties may not be joined except with leave of the Court. Any motion to amend or to join additional parties shall be filed within 30 days from the date of this Order. Depositions of fact witnesses shall be completed by 10/7/2020. Fact Discovery due by 10/7/2020. All expert discovery, including reports, production of underlying documents, and depositions, shall be completed no later than 12/11/2020. This case is to be tried to a jury. Counsel for the parties have conferred and the present best estimate of the length of trial is 3-5 days. Initial Conference set for 10/14/2020 at 10:00 AM in Courtroom 618, 40 Centre Street, New York, NY 10007 before Judge Katherine Polk Failla. Based on communications with the parties and the proposed Case Management Plan ("CMP"), the Court does not believe that the initial pretrial conference currently scheduled for April 1, 2020, is necessary at this time.Therefore, in addition to endorsing the CMP, the Court also ADJOURNS the initial pretrial conference sine die.
